This is perhaps the only thing I would recommend you to do to always improve: always try to keep stocks of products especially ethnic and hard to find British stuff

Comment: As with previous orders, excellent service. Frozen goods arrived promptly and still frozen solid despite my misunderstanding a message in Italian. Delivered to our local bar and perfectly packaged. Would appreciate advance information whenever you have frozen produce arriving, as I could order and reserve items and then collect them in person and see the stock on the shelves and indulge myself.
