Richmond's: It is our standard procedure to send an email confirming each step of the order process, one when we receive order, one when we receive payment, one when the order ships providing the tracking details and one shortly after the parcel is delivered inviting you to review your experience. There is no need to throw out the ice cartridges as you can use them again. All you need to do is pop them in your freezer.
