Comment: Dell'ordine che ho fatto, uno degli articoli non era più disponibile e questo mi è dispiaciuto un pochino. Per il resto, era tutto bene imballato. Mi piacerebbe che ci fossero più prodotti e che tanti di quelli già in catalogo fossero disponibili più spesso.

La solo cosa negativo e stato il corriere nella mia città, che hanno ricevuto il pacco alle 6 nella mattina Sabato, ma poi non ha consegnato fino a Lunedi pomeriggio a casa mia. Quindi più tempo per arrivare a casa mia del deposito che da Viareggio a Sicilia….

Comment: Just a slight criticism about the use of shredded paper for packaging. I found that all of the items were completely covered in dust and had to wipe them all with a damp cloth but still didn't come out. Seeing as the dust can actually get into the product once opened I think a different form of packaging would be more appropriate for food items or perhaps the shredded paper should be put in plastic bags to avoid direct contact with the items. When I opened the box it really did make a mess and they weren't really that many items, would hate to think about having to clean all the individual items of a larger delivery. It isn't a major problem but thought I would mention it given that you asked for a comment. I would like to add that the service is very efficient. I was so excited to receive the items in less than 24 hours. It's the fastest service I have ever received and will be happy to purchase from you again.

Richmond's: We were happy to use the shredded paper as an alternative to the standard plastic packaging but we were not aware of all the dust it was producing. Sorry about the state of your dusty parcel - we've realized it's not the best packaging method!

Comment: Ho fatto l'ordine il giorno 20/2. Il 22/2 mi dicono che il pacco è stato spedito. Il giorno 25/2 sera il pacco non è ancora arrivato. Ho scritto già ieri ma non ho avuto risposta. Sulla rintracciabilità del corriere c'è scritto che la consegna è stata concordata con il destinatario ma è falso perché nessuno mi ha contatta e io non hoc ricevuto niente!!!! Insomma io ho pagato e della merce neanche l'ombra!!!!!

Comment: Abbiamo mangiato Haggis oggi. La prima volta in scatola e tutti sono rimasti entusiasti! Trovo difficolta quando voglio cambiare o cancellare qualcosa dell'ordine. Potete mettere una spiegazione facile su come si fa a ordinare
