Comment: Everything worked well until my small order arrived. I had ordered some rather cute Christmas cards but received a pack of almost vulgar, tasteless cards. I really feel a customer should be informed if the exact product is not available, or just not send anything. I wrote to complain but very politely received short shrift, telling me products may differ etc.as pointed out in terms and conditions! It does NOT say the product can be totally different though! ( Eg. if I wanted mayonnaise I don’t think it acceptable to send mustard instead). My daughter lives in Versilia and has used your shop. We are very disappointed.
