Comment: I’ve an overall positive view of Richmond’s products and service. Deliveries are amazingly quick, and products that might spoil (such as cheese) are well packaged in ice packs. Some products I like are not always available, which is disappointing, and one I like is always shown but never available. Why show it if it’s never available? I’ve had some trouble with Richmond’s recognizing my password - not sure what the problem is and it’s a crap shoot every time!
